Director of Marketing
is responsible for developing, leading and maintaining NBH multiple marketing campaigns, online PPC and display advertising, search engine optimization, content marketing, email marketing, social media, website development including landing pages and forms.
NetBrokers holding has dominant position on CZ and SK markets in several attractive, growth areas – non-life insurance, financial products/loans, distribution of telecommunication services and household energy plans. NBH operates several sales oriented call centers which are top of the class in CZ and SK markets.
Main projects:
Essential Responsibilities & Duties
•Proposes a marketing budget, channels and a media communication plan with focus on performance
•Marketing management of all NBH projects, synergic effects
•Track, measure and report all digital campaigns and provide dashboards
•Manage Internet Marketers, Copywriters and Web Designers.
•Manage market research, public relations, media planning, customer service
•Analyzes website activity specific to page views, conversion rates
•Works closely with the CEO, developers and with other marketing team members and agencies
•PPC – actively monitoring and reviewing PPC campaign performance. Management and controlling of PPC specialists managing campaigns. Evaluating and setting goals, CPA, ROI and PPC strategies. Identifying new PPC opportunities and monitoring competition. Reporting to CEO.
•Display – monitoring the performance of CPT and CPC campaigns, negotiation of conditions with media houses, creating and evaluating new creatives
•Email campaigns – setting strategies for using millions of emails in our own databases, cross activity, GDPR, suggestions transactional email and newsletters
•SEO – co-operation with agency, task management for IT and copywriting, exchange of back links, competitor tracking, new opportiunities and web sections, editorial plan. Ensures consistent SEO standard methodologies and usability standards. Provides editorial perspective on existing web content, ensuring content is engaging and informative for the appropriate end-user audience.
•UX – Designs and implements web solutions for business marketing needs (landing pages, forms, microsites). Website development including A/B testing landing pages and forms with focus on performance and usability.
•TV, OOH, Radio – negotiation of conditions with media agencies, creating and performance evaluating new ads and campaigns
Required Education/Skills:
•Deep knowledge of Google Analytics
•Knowledge of Adwords, Sklik, SEO, MS Office, databases
•Deep experience with web project management
•Top level analytical skills.
•Top level negotiation skills.
•Experience with HTML-XML/XSL/CSS
•Experience with image and photo editing software
•Experience with large campaigns and marketing budgets (100M CZK/year)
•Fluent in development optimization techniques and A/B tests to deliver the best user experiences
•Excellent understanding of multi-channel full marketing mix
•Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
